What is Transaction ID?
I bought zp from the giftcard SUBWAY.
This is a prepaid card I bought from CVS Pharmacy.
I wonder where I can find the Transaction ID on the card or somewhere else?

to avoid all these problems with checking mail etc ... buy better karma koin card you just have to insert the code to get the zp

Omg, thank you for helping me!
I have checked my email, it did not clearly show transaction ID:***X. Instead, I found a suspicious number: Redeem Smilegate West Certificate ******X ( 7 digits code ). Is this my transaction ID # ?
I also found my card number: Redeem Card # ********X (Censored the last 4 digits).
That email is from Openbucks Payment.
Again, ty for ur help!

there is no problems, as soon you inset code from subway or karma koin or any other prepay card - you instant receive the ZP - until here there is no problem

HEY, I bought zp with mobile payments - Boku and didn’t get an email with transaction code.

What should I can do to get them or I must buy zp again one with other payment method?
