Bug not receiving mails from Z8games.

I can't provide an account administration ticket because my account it's from 2010 and i don't remember my account information just my email address ,,I'm not able to receive even a mail from your page because there exist a bug, my email is valid but Z8games page consider my email invalid,i need your help because Gm's wont be able to help me because they need my all information which i don't remember from 2010.I tried to change the email address but i'm not receiving mails from Z8games which is weird cause the registered email address in my z8games account its valid i can prove it ,it just i don't understand why, than i tried other method by "Forgot your password?" in which i typed my registered email address of this account, than i got this message showing up "The account is not available for recovery" How can that be possible when my email address is completely valid and it is the z8games registered account its just so weird, I want your help guys.

Look i never got banned, and i have all my information such as id pw and my email addres,its just there exist a bug when i cant receive mails from z8games.

I have that problem too , My email service provider is Mail.com , i dont receive any EMAIL from CF

Not true, always submit a recovery ticket in these cases.

As for not receiving mail itself, check your spam folders and such. We've tested the system multiple times, and if your mail provider is not allowing our emails through, thats more on their side.
