Graphic problems

my pc :
cpu : i7 4790 3.6ghz
mainboard: msi h97m-g43 haswell
memory: 16gb ddr3
gpu: amd redeon r9 270x 2gb. (without over clock)
display: samsung syncmaster P2350 (2ms , 60hz,full hd ,dvi-d)
system : win 10-pro 64bit (legal)

In the past few months I have had problems with a game I could not fix,I tried a lot of things but nothing worked,i Even Formatting the pc.

The first problem is that my FPS jumps, in the past is was on 200-230 fps and now is 120-210.
i try to play on low req but the fps is same like high req.
i check the hardware and clean it But it did not help.
when someone Throws smoke The game has become unplaybale.

2nd : When I move the sights on enemies or when i see enemies the game freez/stuck - i saw players teleporting and is just in my pc cuse i try another pc .
I know for sure that this is my computer and i try to install/update/uninstall drivers none is help.
know the gpu driver is "radeon settings" (crimson edition), and display driver is the Default win-10 install cuse i cant find drivers to the display that fit win 10 (win7 is the highest)
i think the problem is from the GPU but i can run heavy games (new cod, pubg, shadow of war and more) Compared to this game.

  • gpu: amd redeon r9 270x 2gb.
Thats the problem right there , never liked Radeon cards they were pretty good like 5 years ago.
Buy Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080Ti 11GB Superb card , a little waisting on this game though

If I could I would buy the new gtx...
I know my video card is medium and down, but it still does not answer my question. And that too should be enough to run this game.
  • From my experience with AMD GPU's :

+ hardware specs are good ( sometime awsome ) compared with same GPU category from nvidia
+ price : AMD gpu are always more cheap
    - software and drivers are way behind hardware ( same time on nVidia a lower GPU can do miracles with latest driver )

In your case is you just need and updated win10 drivers - witch AMD forget to release-it ...

My advice is to test windows7 + latest AMD driver - see how it works ,

if under win7 works better , then you can use dual S.O(if you want to still use win10 ) : just need to install win 7 first , then on a secondary partition install win 10 (don't choose to upgrade win7) - at each PC start-up you will be asked what windows to start

    thanx mate, I appreciate it.
ill stay with win 10 for now ,maybe GM can help in another way or AMD will realse somtime new update.
The lesson is learned no more buying AMD GPU XD
  • its nothing to do with your rig, i have a windows 7 4gb ram+ati radeon r7 240 xt+dual core @ 3.0ghz and i get 200 fps on it.. on my main pc i have 8core amd processor @4.0ghz+16gb ram+nvidia geforce 1060 (6gb) win10 and i am having fps issues as well from 200 fps down to 80-120 since last patch... its something with this last patch
