I've been playing FFA all these days and saw this happening 2 times only.
If you've encountered a lot of them, maybe they are coming back again (not like they have gone), strengthened (?).

There are a couple of videos on youtube with the HMX hack you described posted 1 day ago.Seriously those hacks are so easy to find,i can't understand why does it take weeks or months for them to fix it.
Oh and don't tell me that we have kick vote now.That script kiddie will play for a solid 7 rounds before he gets kicked because the entire room is too busy kicking the ace.

Well, reverse engineering hacks and finding/fixing the vulnerabilities of a system is usually much harder than creating hacks and exploiting them, the GMs (at least I hope) are not that lazy.

Exactly. This is a problem in all the modes with the KVS activated.
