Why are you campaigning for the liquidation of some old accounts in this game !!!
All pay you a lot to buy some weapons on account.
All such accounts have been permanently banned without any reason that violates your service rights
We understand why you are blocking these accounts due to a violation of the rights of the service

You contradict yourself. First you say they are banned with out a reason then you explain why they are banned.
Accounts are looked at at an individual basis. If they send in tickets they will have their story heard.
If they all logged into a computer with illegal 3rd party programs that is out of the GM's hands. There is no way for a GM to tell if that player installed the program or not. They simply cannot allow players to get away with it because "it wasn't them" . players need to take responsibility and check out a public computer before they use the account they value.
