Didn't get crates

I played more than 2 hours today and didn't get the 9 crates, can anyone fix this? Please.

Please ensure that you are counting only playtime. This means time you are actually in-game.

The two hours has to be in any map and playing, not just logged into the account. Play again tomorrow, and if the problem persists... Well, send a ticket, but chances are that you didn't actually finish the two hours yet

Play for some extra time, to make sure. Or click the link GM Violet posted to check your progress.
If it says 2 hours are finished, but you still didn't get the crates, send a ticket.
