AA 12 Buster Infection promotion

I have bought 4 cards ($10 each) and I expect to get 120 days AA12 Buster Infection.
It turned out the first card I use gave me the redemption code, and then I redeemed the code on the Crossfire page, it stated successful.
And now when I log into the game there is no AA12 buster Infection 30 days.... I go back to redemption page, try to redeem again, it stated the code is used.
So I tried to do 2nd card to see how it turn out. And I didn't get the code from Rixty this time so I guess the promotion only apply once per user. I understand this has nothing to do with Z8 if I don't get the 2nd code.

I already sent the support ticket. This thread is just a notice for anyone plan to fall for the same category.

- And there is no AA12 Buster infection which I believe this is an another mistake from the distributor.
