M4a1 iron beast color set customization

Hello , can someone respond ? If i buy iron beast do i have color customization option for free or i need to buy colors every time i want to change it?

It's 5000 ZP for color set A and 5000 ZP for color set B and once you buy them you'll be able to change them as many times as you want.

Does that mean that when I buy them both I'll be able to change the colors anytime?

Yep, anytime you can change the design.
