I think I will take the KSV. Because I have got plenty of M4, AK, AWM and a Chytec Halloween that I never use

Gold 1-6 ~ 30 days
Platinum 1-6 ~ 90 days
Diamond ~ Permanent

I once heard that the top 30 or 60 can get a permanent weapon, that would mean that even with a platinum rank you can get a permanent weapon. (Not 100% sure)
