I do agree that this hopefully is a mere visual bug and gets rectified. Although one shouldn't immediately assume that they are out conspiring against us, it probably was just some unfortunate side effect from that Ribbon Bug that took away some ribbons.
That being said, I'd like to think that as long as everyone remains cordial, this thread ought to stick around, at least until we get a heads up by a GM. -

You call this crying? According to your logic, do you mean whenever an injustice happends and we complain about it that we're being childish?
And (almost) everyone that has never hakked before and has the HSR ribbon cares about this.
Althought it's not always 100% accurate, they prove with this ribbon that they NEVER hakked before.
They didn't give in to enticement and weren't weakminded enough to start cheating.
- not when they we're young
- not during the hak waves back in 2012
- not out of anger
And this is something i at the least can respect.
Unless you can reasonably explain yourself, then the only reason why i think you would even defend it like this is:
- If you yourself hakked, got caught and then lost it.
- If you exploited bugs or glitches to your advantage and lost it.
- Or if you harrased someone in the past and lost it.
I will assume it's any of the above mentioned 3 unless you can give me a reasonable explanation.
And btw, i'm not gonna ask you who you are, but you are number 1 and counting. -

Looks like it's been fixed and those who lost their ribbon in the past have lost it again, although i cannot confirm this because i only checked a handfull of them.
I find it unfortunate for those who recovered their their HSR and lost it because of a bug in the past.
But the majority who lost it have lost their HSR by hacking in the past. And I'm sure many of them are aware of it.
This is a case where the good have to suffer with the bad because of their bad brhaving predecessors.
I breath out a sigh of relief that it was a bug and can pretty much say this case is closed. -

I have been disconnected / account blocked for # amount of time and I have never had an issue with my Honorable Soldier Ribbon.

This is what turn of my dedication for this game from losing my HSR. I send them all my proof and still don’t wanna give it back to me...but then one admin trying to help me get it back but then the higher admin shut her down...SMH
You've lost & regained your HSR countless amounts of times, no one else has lost it and gotten it back as many times as you. -

For that to happen constantly to your account & not anyone else's doesn't make sense.
