After the maintenance, am i the only one that still does not have it ? i already send a ticket, the answer was : " from our database blabla you can't have it" ( something like that )
While i'm pretty sure i completed everything, because i know what i am doing, and i received absolutly all the crate reward from this event.
They ask me to give proof, so i was suposed to take 500 screenshoot of everything i am doing as a "proof" ?
I send another ticket, to check the reward i had during the event period and after the maintenance.
What else can i do about it ? how did you solved it if you had the same problem ?
I am speechless about it now. I learned a lesson : spend money on something that is worthy and fair.

Sry Bro no one can help you unless the support only
but if i had that problem i would solve it by giving them SS about the crates and how much coupons i get and gp ..... if i spined the crates and send another ticket.
