Didn't receive the crates for playing 2 hours in weekend.

Is it to soon to be concerned or should i contact support?
Did you guys receive those 3 crates?

If you felt you played the full 2 hours during the weekend then I'd contact support. But remember the 2 hours is actually IN GAME and if you disconnect/error out of a room then your time in that room gets lost. (Pretty much you have to see the score screen for your time to count)

And yes I did get the 3 crates on both my main and my alt.

If the tracker says that you have completed 2 hours (or more), then yes, you should contact support.
If not: you should be sad :'(

If you feel you should have received the crates and didn't, then submit a ticket. As a reminder, you should generally be receiving these crates immediately. So the best way to check if you played two hours is to log out and back in (you only need to go to server selection), and then check Black Market and see if you received the crates. If you didn't, then you haven't completed 2 hours of play time yet.
