Hi idkwhybutyes.
It seems that your ISP traffic is up during the night, or they cap your speeds at that time. Most likely the first, more people in your area may be using the internet at the same time. Also, you may be on a budget plan where other, more expensive plans get bandwidth priority. The reason why the internet cafe doesn't get affected is they may be on a different ISP and they would definitely would have a faster connection.
Hope this helps.

I think there wont be a solution but anyway thanks for your help sir. -
Several things can cause a higher ping. If you have additional computers that are connected via the router, ping may increase due to collisions on the network. It could also be that there is some source of interference that only occurs at night, such as a wireless phone or microwave.
If you know the address of your router's setup page, you could try to ping the router from a command prompt and see what the response time is. If that number changes between night and day then it almost certainly points to some sort of interference. It's most likely an issue with your ISP's network traffic though. -

O: no wonder why I lag when I cook something in the Microwave O= its the one thing I would never have known why I lagged XD.
the phone maybe.. but I wouldn't have expected a microwave, But its still got a frequency so I guess it would interfere with my internet
