shoot the lagger with 172 ping or more is impossible most of the time...

yes , try to warm up and play headshot mode before you start playing and then you will get less neck shots

When I play with M4 OB I can only do 24 dmg. That's why the M4 is starting to get rusty in my storage.

i always get a laugh out of neck shots doing such low damage really....cause like...if you shot someone with a relatively high caliber gun in the neck....they gonna die.

If you shoot someone with any bullet calliber to the neck they're going to die. The only purpose neck shots serve is to anger us.
PS: Perhaps not with an UZI or an MP7, I've had BB guns with more power than those 2 :P
