how do u guys up top the Razer gold ,all my attempts failed

so I made 2 accounts for Razer zgold .
tried 2 different PayPal with balance in there .n different cards
all unsuccessful.
contact support, told me nothing was wrong ,can try in a few days .
so I am wondering what is the whole point for the event of extra 30%zp when u can't even buy Razer z gold ?

Happened to me too a while ago, also tried 2 different accounts and 2 different PayPals. The best answer their support team can give is that the "top up transactions were flagged by our payment processor and subsequently cancelled" but they didn't even seem to know themselves why that was

You might just have to give up with the Razer promotions if they still don't know how to fix it

also this is a Razer issue. not a Z8/CF related issue. So while people here can make suggestions on how you might fix this or get around it. at the end of the day it's not Z8's problem.

That being said, zVault just went through some maintenance/upgrades the other day and it may be having an effect on payments/transactions so it could very well just be a glitch in the system that goes away. Or they could have something in place that gets credit card verification before the first top up now to make sure it's not kids on parents credit card/paypal info. I know before though it took at least a few payments to trigger the account flagging of a new account for that reason.

Only thing I can suggest right off the top of my head is that don't use paypal balance for purchasing zgold. Have a debit card added to your paypal and purchase through your bank.

I tried with subway card ,than to Razer gold ,ended $2 extra per transaction
