Barret-M82A1 got banned because someone spammed the hack report multiple times

Hello everyone,

Today Jan.4th, 2018 my main account IGN: Barret-M82A1 got permanently banned.
I have contacted z8games through support ticket and now they said that they wont respond anymore
because their final conclusion is that i was clearly violated the terms and conditions.
I tried contacting to the GMs in discord but they were not allowed to comment or help me on this situation.
I asked the support team to provide evidence for the reason that I got banned and still no response from them.

Later, two people from Ben's discord aka AWMazing, admitted that they got me banned as a revenge.
The reason they did this because they said that I reported them and got their account banned.
They told me that they have created multiple accounts and spammed the report system by creating multiple same reports many times.

But the thing is that I have attended a LAN activity hosted by CrossFire GMs team on March 2017.
One of the reasons that I went to this event is that I want to prove myself that I can also compete against players.
Any legit players should be not treated this way, myself included!

This is very unprofessional the way it was handled because they did not provided any further explanation or evidence.
I doubt any company would treat a person who have spent around 1-2k USD in this game.
If I get banned due to people spamming the report system, it means any other players can get banned through the same way
