Got rewards (DE divine, New year nade, and the Bulletproves) but not yet the Ribbon?

Same issue here, i have sent a ticket in tho.

Bump. So how long do we have to wait for ribbon?

I submitted 2 different tickets in 2 day different days. They closed the tickets by responding "we have forwarded your issue to the relevant department". Its been 3 days since i submitted my last ticket. I just needed 1 ribbon to get my 50th ribbon + D.E Crystal. Should i submit another ticket?

Same issue here.

But I'm not expecting a fix since:
a) I like better the Divine DE than the Axe xD
b)They probably won't bother to fix
c) I'm doing this month's mixup as well so I'm getting the ribbon back anyways

Still, not cool for a ribbon we've earned on december to be removed after they claimed they have fixed all trackers issues

I think I have waited enough for my ribbon. Today's the 9th January and I'm still waiting for my ribbon.

I am going to send 3rd ticket.

1. The event requires you to do 15 days worth of missions. You posted this on the fourth of January. The monthly ribbon resets every month. EDIT: I have the ribbon, I'm not sure when they reset it.
2. Please check January's rewards, this month we get the Tesla, not the DE Divine Dragon.
3. If you are wondering why some people got the DE Divine Dragon, this is most likely z8games messing up on their side. I infer something may have messed up throughout December, players who completed the event after a certain date received the DE Divine instead of the Xmas Axe.
