Permanently blocked for no reason ?!

My account has been blocked for no reason
if you pro = banned ?
using sound.. So I'm Hacker ?
when camping and hear one coming
I shot without see him So I'm using Hack or any Cheater ?

P.S. There are many other reasons that lead to a permanent block, not only using hacks, for example :

- you get temporary banned multiple time for using bad words, swearing, any other reasons for temporary - after 2-3 temp ban last one is permanent...
- using auto bots to remain idle in rooms
- sharing your account to other players
- login and play from a public PC infected with trojans/viruses or even hacks installed (usually happend from iCaffe or using a friend PC ) - even you don't use - those can trigger autoban
- using outdated and unsupported windows versions as windows XP: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?277983-Important-Announcement-CrossFire-No-Longer-supports-WINDOWS-XP
- payback transactions - you made a ZP purchase then cancel the transaction (but still you get ZP) - this one can be solved after you pay your debts to z8

With holiday closures they may be delays in the tickets.
