Thanks you for your hard work during Xmas Period! GMs, Developers, and Support

I want to say thank you to the GMs, developers, and support at Z8 for working hard while the rest of us are playing and celebrating.

Although you guys made some mistakes with trackers and rewards,
you managed to pull off 2 massive events, put up a webshop sale, responded to our rants and fixed everything all in Christmas period.

At where I work, your efficiency is considered a miracle during Xmas period.

    As has been said multiple times. If you think you deserve a reward that you didn't get. Submit a support ticket. Moaning on the forums isn't going to help you.

    If you think you are missing a reward, send a ticket stating what reward you are missing from your account and they will look into it and let you know.

    Why are you trying to cause drama exactly....?

    It is quite disheartening indeed. We should all strive to do better to avoid unnecessary negativity, be it a normal user or a mod.

    But it is nice to see some mods always maintain a positive attitude and not post any unneeded junk. I thank you for that.

    I also appreciate you cleaning the negativity from this thread. I trust that you will clean up ALL the negativity from this thread and not selectively leave a few behind, as to maintain the positive nature of this thread.

    Not that I don't understand what you're saying, but we have had multiple threads on the same issue, and it has been said multiple times to submit a ticket. Yet there's still doubts as to why the best course of action is to submit a ticket. Seems to me like additional reminders are clearly necessary.

    I am disapointed mainly from support but also gm grumpy whos promise "your game progress is saved even if the trackers are displaying missing or delayed information" came out false.
    Im sure i completed the task, can proof it and apperently there are more people who have exact the same problem.
    So how do i/we get support to work and not close the ticket without any help?

    Well I had the same problem. I was sure I completed the event, but figures I missed a day when I really thought back on it.
    If you didnt complete the event, that means you probably missed a day or something. Their data doesnt lie, and theres nothing that can be done, especially now, since its March.
