Xenophobe Ribbon

Hello,
Can someone tell me the criteria for "Xenophobe" ribbon?
I'm sure i have done more than 150 HMX games of soldier wins.. still no ribbon!
Also sent a ticket about this and the reply wasn't helpful at all

PS: Done like 70+ games in the Ribbon Rummage event of HMX soldier wins, and done a lot back in the past few months.

some ribbons are broken

Same with me...still didnt got the ribbon...and I have done like 120+ solders win I m sure abt that but still didnt receive the ribbon yet...:(
