what's wrong with the events !!!?

played more than 2H no crates or EP
finished 5 games on the new sd map didn't get the crate too
and we still waiting the crates from 12 days of xmas event

I got the crates yesterday for the 2 hour of playtime..
I got the crates after i played 5 games of the new S&D map, i changed the server and i got the crates...
12 Days event we need to wait as [GM]Grumpy has said that they are working at it, nothing is lost and we will get all what we are missing from this event,
but we need patient.

From "Monthly Mixup" to "Nothing Personal" event nothing seems to be working normally.
