Win 15 Games as Soldierson Hero Mode X

I am stuck at 11 games. Does it mean we have to win as commander? I am certain I won as a soldier a lot more than 15 times.

Each 1 of the 15 games are all 9 rounds?
Does it have to be on a specific map?

This is confusing as hell.

No, soldier side have to win the game.
Example: 9 rounds -> 5soldier wins/4mutant wins
Mean: Soldier wins
