Holly Jolly crates are missing

I wasn't worried that I didn't receive the Holly Jolly crates yet since it was bugged, but now that GM Grumpy said it has been distributed, it's different.
However I still didn't get them. Even tho I played over 4 hours on weekend.

I didn't play a total of 2 hours on Friday, but more than 4 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Am I the only one facing this problem?

Yes, PorBiejin, sure thing. They're GP crates with Santa Hat, Reindeer hat and RPK Gold as a rare item. The crates name is probably Xmas fun crates

Strange that you knew the 20 crates will be distributed next week but you don't know the items. Don't forget to post once you log in.

Well, you said you didn't get the crates and asked if you're the only one who's facing that problem. I posted I got mine as I can only speak for myself not for everyone else. How does that make it irrelevant to your query?

I received the 10 GP crates. Still waiting on a few from 12 days and my ribbon tracker still isn't working..still says I completed 40 hours, I don't think I have.

You mean the crates players get for playing on 12 Days? I got those too, didn't get the Xmas fun crates tho

I sent a ticket and they replied that :

Any missing reward crates for playing 2 hours or more, will be awarded during the next maintenance.

So that's about it. I'll wait and see
