Use a modern engine.
Everytime I get hit, my fps dips to 0 for a moment.
This makes my mutation jacket kinda useless.

New engine with better graphics and harder to hack but it's not gonna happen. We all know that most CF players have potato PC's.

Keep it a military themed shooter, just like how this game once was. No ugly high pitched voice girl characters that look like they come straight from some sort of anime show. Oh would be nice if they'd make it more competitive instead of p2w.

I would like the game to be imported into a newer game engine such as Unreal Engine or Unity. CrossFire 2 is meant to be using Unreal Engine 3 so I doubt CrossFire 1 will use the same anytime soon.

Benefits for importing it to another game engine such as Unity could be:

• Better visuals
• Better gameplay
• Less bugs I guess?
• Better content since the game engine will be able to more complex content.

The only downside of importing the game into a new game engine is that the computer requirements to handle the game will go up. I can't current see the game getting imported into a new game engine anytime soon though due to the fact that it's a complex job but not impossible.

I don't think we need a 3.0, if this game had no cheaters from the beginning and some sort of competitive type ranked play it would've been hella good
