EP and Ribbon Rummage Trackers!
Hello Everyone, I've played more than 5 hours and didn't get a single EP! . Same as the Ribbon Rummage Tracker it's kinda a mess ๐๐ฉ .
Just wanna know is it only me or anyone else having this issue?.

I think the 12 Days also stopped tracking. I was planning to finish it up over the weekend for the bonus EP but it seems to have stopped tracking and no crates
I hope they fix it soon cuz i don't even know where i'm going right now ๐๐ -
It would be nice to see some response from any GM. There will be many players who will miss this weekend 30 crates for 25k ep just because there is some bug not giving out any ep for playing
The GMs are aware, but it's now the weekend and Monday and Tuesday are Christmas holidays. It's the festive season let them spend some time with their families. For the players, we're all in the same boat together. I also need my EP and I didn't get my crates for santa hat
They will fix this issue ASAP. Don't worry, the players will not be punished for this. They have the records for gameplay saved even if tracker doesn't show it, so everyone that deserved a reward will get it. Let's all patiently wait together. -

First, we apologize for any issues with the current events and trackers. Unfortunately as some of you have mentioned, due to the holidays not all people are available, therefore we cannot perform any technical changes until Wednesday, December 27.
That being said, rest assured that your game progress is saved even if the trackers are displaying missing or delayed information. You can continue to play, and what we will do next week is the following:
1. We will update any trackers that have issues to show correct progress
2. If you are missing any EP/Rewards, you will receive them between December 27 and December 28
3. If the EP event had an issue, we will re-open the EP items again after we send you the EP so you have a chance of buying them
Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope you continue enjoying the events and everything will be corrected next week.

Problem is that with all the events happening, its near impossible to keep track of our progress.. And without the tracker (screenshot proof), even if we send a support ticket, they will say we never completed the event...
The trackers are based on the game logs. While the trackers themselves can have a mistake/issue, the logs are saved. Therefore, there is no proof needed other than the logs which we can access. Therefore as I mentioned rest assured that if you completed an event, you will receive its rewards! -
