I played more then 2 hours and I still don't have my crates. What the hell is going on?

Note that the only time that counts is the time you spend inside a map. Try playing few more maps then rejoin the server, anyways you still got tomorrow, so keep playing!

There seems to be a disconnect on the Holly Jolly Holiday Party event which is the weekend crates and EP event. Nobody is getting any EP since Prime Time had started and the tracker is stuck at 51 minutes played for me which means that the game information isn't getting sent over to the event tracking issue so stuff isn't being distributed. HOPEFULLY someone is aware of it and working on it....

i got the GP fun creates but this just count PVP only...on my alt acc i only played zm dinner about like 3 hours and didnt get their...but on my main i played HMX for ribbon and got the GP fun creates?
so m asking that zm played time didnt count??
