Questions about Ribbon Rummage and Raffle Tickets

The ribbon rummage event has a link that redirects you to the events page and the first one is indeed ribbon tracker but it only shows the previous 2 which were already there:






And i dont understand this raffle thing, do they appear at random times during the day or during prime time?

About the tracker: they should be adding a tracker soon (I remember we had one last year for the same event). And if so, they are likely to add them in the ribbon progress tracker you are just showing. Btw, you are very close to the 1K. I guess doing the 20 Dinner Theather games will draw you near to that goal, good luck. xD
