Banned me from discord i don't care about it .
Banned me from Cross fire with out reason i care about it . and i will know why i took this permanently ban.
I gave you money to give me entertainment and entertainmen not permanently ban .
only tell me we can't help you . what should i do?? You gave me a dam I can not move after
give you money for saying no one here can help you.
See all in CF play with hack and only me i didn't use it and you told me i played with hack or cheat!!!!

If the support says that you hacked then you did use some sort of cheats because i dont see any reason for someone to get banned without any.

Then you must have used a 3rd party program
3rd party programs the xtrap reads it as its hack because its unallowed

If you didn't cheat and support says you did, best thing to do is record yourself making a new account logging into the game and getting banned again if the same error happens. I done this when xtrap banned for windows xp sp3 internet explorer language packs, and its the only reason the issue was looked into and many players ( who never had a ban before ) got unbanned.

Heads up if you're still using Windows XP then prob wont help you anymore since XP is outdated and no longer supported by microsoft.

Do what i said as above if you didn't cheat. If you did cheat then its time for you to admit to it and move on, make a new account and play legit. Either way wish you the best of luck

This is one hell of a nice idea.
And to all those players saying "if support says you hacked then you did". Read this comment ^
He's a living example that support isn't that accurate and can make mistakes at times.

I recommend that you do as what killa said, they may put more effort into looking into your account. Problem is, people tend to treat what they read as a lie if the speaker has bad English.
However, I'm all for banning accounts that has really been hacking, I report hackers quite frequently.

As we know that no ban for no reason so if u asking to unban your account or back your money tell me how :@ 2nd thing this type of issues when u post it here nothing will happen to bring your account back [unban] So Submit a ticket + making threads about banned account will closed from GMs/MODs.

Just to clear something up. I was banned by XTrap, not by support. Support at 1st did say i cheat and they wouldn't unban, but once i showed the proof of me getting banned on new account then they looked into the issue. Support is your friend, they are the ones who can help you get unbanned there is no other way.

that isn't 100% true, posting here other players may have the same issue with their accounts being blocked. If a lot of players are reporting that they are banned for no reason, then chances of it getting looked into increase. I had a few people who did tests and found what was causing the bans. Yes support can only unban you, but they aren't the only ones who can help find the issue/give advice, you send in a ticket asking why you're banned more then likely you will get a copy&paste and closed ticket with 0 help.

Victor is not a MOD, He has no idea why you're banned. Did you just admit to account sharing? "I play 3 accounts but not my own"... That could be the reason you're banned, account sharing is against the rules.

Send in a ticket asking why you're banned, if they say that you cheated and you know that you didn't.. Then I would download fraps or bandicam and record, try getting the same issue to happen on a new account.

But how he know that . in egypt we have some thing name [cyber] we can play with each other on it . but not the same pc..
