When you open the patcher and the computer goes out to the desktop, the xigncode does not appear and nothing happens

- run CCleaner : http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner?source=cpc&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzM7OhLKb2AIVTjwbCh2Vrw1zEAAYASAAEgJrDPD_BwE ( i use registry clean from Advanced System Care 11 )

- if you have crossfire installation files (those 6-7 files you get with cfdownloader) - run crossfire setup as administrator ( else you need to download them again .... ) * check if your antivirus remain closed / disabled - then
install your crossfire game - BUT choose a location on other partition like \ ( just don't install on default location C:\ .... ) - after you finish install game - right click on CF folder and uncheck read only option - then apply

- now add crossfire from new installed location to your antivirus and firewall exceptions list ( or you must add each .exe files inside cf folder if your antivirus and firewall don't allow to add the entire game location )

- finally - run game as administrator and let update to final version.

i am facing the same issue , and i have done everything to solve this
1- reinstalled the game twice
2-removed anti-virus

still unsolved (

My laptop specifications:

1-OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

2-Ram: DDR2 4 gb ram

3-Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6400

4-Graphics Card: Chip Type : Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Adapter String : Mobile Intel(R) GMA 4500MHD


May GMs fix this problem in the next patch .

P.S. seriously your hardware configuration is outdated and will bearly run this game, don't expect high performance on DDR2 and Intel old GPU ....

and no i don't have a latest config, my rig is also old but i'm using i5 first generation + 8GM DDR3 + GTX 560 ...

the game was running perfectly with 60-70 FPS , On medium settings until the last patch , i am having this issue for 3 weeks , what happened ?? ;(
all my drivers are updated .

BTW i uninstalled avast which i was using as an antivirus . still not working .

Currently i dont have an antivirus software coz i uninstalled avast to check if the game would work ,

I have crossfire installer folder , i have done a clean uninstall to crossfire from : control panel > programs and features > crossfire NA
then cleaned registry errors using ccleaner

then i installed CF using crossfire installer folder
installed CF on local disk(D:)

Still not working i cant event login

should i download crossfire installer again
??
