It’s not as easy as it seems, guys.
If I need to earn 5 crates per day then it means I have to play 25 games per day. If I play raid S&D map of 5 rounds then It means I have to play minimum of 125 rounds of the same map to earn maximum of 5 crates per day.
Event is for 5 days so if I do 125 rounds per day it means I have to play 625 rounds during the event period. If we assume that each round takes around 2 minutes then we have to play for 1250 minutes. 1250 minutes is equal to 21 Hours.
Conclusion:
We have to play for Minimum of 21 hours in 5 days (24*5= 120 Hours) or 4 hours daily to earn maximum of 25 crates. If I include the factors like the time it will take to find a room of the required map, errors and kicking then it will take presumably 24 hours.
25 crates for 21 hours of game play is not a good bargain, mates.

Yes, it may NOT be easy as it seems, but at the end you have the power to decide how to spend your playtime in crossfire, they are giving out free ZP crates just for doing what we usually do every day: play the game. If the map/mode is not in your interest you can always skip the event and play other maps/modes for sure.
For me its good to have the opportunity to earn free ZP crates and go for the SND ribbon at the same time. -

I agree with you.
