Error. Do you want to report?

So, I have a 2017 pc just downloaded the game today tried to play but "Error. Do you want to report?" keeps coming up and I can't seem to play the game.
I can access everything fine just not join any game, looked up online for fix but nothing seems to be working.
After pressing ok the game just closes.

eh i deleted all dat files now when i hit play it shows

crossfire patcher v14
failed to load url of version.ini.

eh it didnt seem to work
i tried reinstall it just brought me back to where i started
the dat files are suppose to be like verison, reginfo, and local info right?
