Unfortunately, Account Sharing is forbidden around these parts. If you still have an old Account which was created before August 2011, you can use that to log in still.

If not, you'll have to play CFEU. Although I can sort of understand why someone from CFEU would want come here, what with the CFEU Servers being a Ghost Town.

I don't think you can ask for this. Anyway, I'm pretty sure he wont be able to login even with an account made from an unblocked country because he will be still accessing the game from Europe, and its a new account.

Accounts made post-exodus (Yes, I'm calling it exodus. Bite me) are region blocked. It doesn't matter who creates them. Only accounts made prior to the exodus have no region block. Like mine.
I'm sorry for you but you'll have to deal with CFEU.

As mentioned, it is against the rules to account share, asking for someone's login/password, or ask for someone to create an account for you.
