Problem with hacking report system

I tried to send a hacking report ticket. Everytime the system said "Your ticket was sent successfully", but I could not find it in the hacking report history. Anyone else has the same issue?

I've had this happen before as well. I've heard that this sometimes happens due to too much text in the information boxes or something like that.
