Ranked Match- First Win of the day 50% bonus

On the ranked match page, there is the "First Win of the day 50% bonus " message when I hover my mouse over it.

But it doesn't seem to work properly. The message was there even when it is not my first win, and stays on after I win a match.

But when it actually is a new day, the message disappears.

Am I missing something?
