Decreased workload for GMs
If a player has been reported 5 times already then all further replays of that player sent to the GMs will stop until the GMs watch those replays and determine whether the reported player was guilty. Each person is only allowed to report a particular player once per day. This way there is no congestion in the system and the GMs can work more efficiently in banning cheaters and guilty players. When in front of the hack report page on the support page the person reporting the accused player can check by typing the ign of the accused player in the IGN section to see if the accused player has already been reported. If so then the person no longer has to report the player and can just drop the report and go play the game.
