I would like to know what is happening with the hackers reports that the community is submitting. These past couple of days I have been trying to rank up in Ranked games and it is infested with hackers...not to exaggerate I see 2 to 3 hackers in 8/10 games I play. I have reported so many I don't have any more alternative accounts to submit more tickets (because of the limit of 5 tickets a day) but I still see the same hackers STILL NOT BANNED...so is it ok to just REWARD THE CHEATERS? and screw up everyone else because I've got my KDR and W/L ratios pretty messed up because of the hackers.

Why don't you add the choice for people to abandon the game before it starts if WE ALREADY KNOW THE HACKERS...? we are forced to stay in the game and take the loss every time...

Report them and that's all we got until things are improved.

Many people have made threads about this and it leads to the thread either getting locked or deleted so it's not worth it.

I submitted a detailed ticket of a hacker 2 weeks ago who was clearly speed hacking and nothing changed. I saw the same hacker 2 weeks later. I highly doubt the ticket system works but the discord really works.

All I'm saying is that GM's should take this matter more seriously. If the hackers can't be stop at least find a way to not let them get away with what they do because that will just be like telling them it is more than OK to cheat like that and get rewarded...I have seen most of the players that appear in the top 100 list hacking with aimbot+wall+going through bldgs...like they don't even try to hide it.
I suggest adding a feature that would allow players to leave a match before it starts without penalty...at this point the legit players know all the names of the cheaters...so if everyone was to leave every time they know they will play with hackers the cheaters will eventually stop or at least use cheats less often...anything is better than NOTHING at this point...legit players are being screwed badly...I am a very decent player and can't get more than 2 or 3 wins out of 20 games and need to take all the losses because leaving would even give me a bigger experience penalty.

reporting the same hacker more than once is useless. You can use discord to report and ban them instantly.

How do I use discord to ban them? Do i tell the Gm's there or what? I have a long ass list of hackers to report with solid proof

you need first to prove you worth in the prove you worth channel, then gain access to the hack reporting channel , then write the IGN, name of the hack and his location in the servers and the GMs come to your room and check if he is hacking or not then ban him.

if the GMs could join your ranked room, they ban him instantly , if they couldn't they put him in the watch list till they make sure he hacks.
