Howdy,
Sir i want to know things about ban of my account .
What should i do ? send ticket more and more and you told me that is take much time from me? K sir new vip come more and more.
and i still try to unblock my account .
i can do any thing to unblock my account but tell me the solution for this problem..
not only say [go stick with support ticket]
i think i speak with robot i swear in their place .
and tell me how i'm 5 stars how i play with hack!! from 2014 and you tell me before 3 months i played with hack or cheat..
Sir i want help from you only .
Want play and buy new vip before come to cf please tell me the final answer for my account it will back or no >?

i didn't say that you don't have rights to make threads but since you got banned for using hacks then it means you used them they won't ban you for no reason also the only way to contact is through support ticket even if the gm aswered you here he probably will tell you to send a support ticket and if you are mad that you paid money and got banned then its your fault that you cheated

So you're admiting your mistake, you been using cheats for a while right? Then maybe you got busted late that's it

I feel sorry for you, investing that much to end up losing everything is harsh but there's nothing that can be done at this point, it's a permanent sanction.. and they really won't help you in the forums. Also you can't make amends and get your things back by paying them an amount.

In the end maybe you could create another account, start from zero and try to enjoy the game again..

why all say i have been using cheats or hacks and i didn't use any thing .
my friend in game IGN:X.[G]uBa- but now his name EGY]JuBa.* he had ban and after he speak with support ticket they told him he is using hack and cheat but after 2 days when he try to open his account he got his account unblock that mean support ticket only copy paste message for this probelm ...

What about those net-cafes, have you ever logged-in in such place? I read you can have your account corrupted when opening it on a computer that has cheats programs on it.
I believe even in this case theres nothing to do to unblock your account, but at least that could give you the explanation about the ban...

if your account was blocked it was because of something bad that you did, this crossfire does not block accounts because it only wants to block the hackers

You might not have asked him, but he is right. If support has told you that you are permanently banned, then your ban is permanent. Permanent means forever. Forever means it will not be unblocked, even once we are all long gone. In the future, avoid any sort of tool that is against the rules, and you can avoid this happening again. Thanks!
