I caught some Ranked Farmers in the lobbies with their 10+ accounts and i took the screenshot where do i submit this?
Do I drop a support ticket or is there some other method?
Also If you look at the games played to win ratio of the top 10 in S&D I think, I repeat I think it is farmed because no human can have 900 wins out of 901 games like 99.9% win rate is like insane. (Not Stating Names)
Can you take a look at it?

they were farming so he wasn't in the game with them he just saw them in the lobby and he has only screenshots so he can just try to report

You can just report them. Make sure to make a zip. File out of your screenshot before you upload it. Make sure it's in the right department (crossfire support > violation) and you're good to go. I mean, trying doesn't hurt

actually i don think this enough
ranked always for farmers and hackers , 90 % from the top 100 are farmers , they farm each season and the GM do nothing just give them the rewards
and here is this SS from a ranked game i was lucky to join it , iam not saying those are farmers

A possible solution would be to change the number of people who qualify for rewards from 8 to 6. This would require farmers to obtain 2 extra bots as a deterrence. 2 bots is a lot of processing power for one computer.
Another solution to implement would be that any player who does not do even 1 damage, doesn't travel for over 20 metres, hasn't shot a single bullet and yet has over 5 deaths gets a random message from the z8 client that they have to type a random 3 letter word in a pop-up box from z8 to ensure that they are legit players and not bots. If this request is ignored then the client(server) kicks these bots from the match. The time limit to type this 3 letter word is 45 seconds and is generated by a pre-made questionnaire when signing up on z8games as to what keyboard they use.

Well the Name of the bots are all the same followed by +1 in their name, i think it is kinda obvious enough don't you think
Also it was just the main farmer and exactly 9 other bots. We will let the GM's decide when they see it
