Not sure if it is a GM but I've seen that person on GMs' friend list on Streams. Also played with that person long time ago. iirc the ping was like ~200.

there is a gbaby2 acc on eu as well , with 12 vips and kinda same stats. 300ping ingame .
called it days ago that is a GM "smurf" acc

GMs can manipulate their ping ^^ when I was playing with them their ping was like 30ish-100ish it would stay on 100+ and go back to 30ish for a few secs

Or maybe lag. Their ping is usually 2 in NA and around 110 in UK.
