Questions For Those Who Really Know Crossfire...

Question 1. After a game of lets say TD how do players exit the room so fast? The Game ends we see the results and then end up in the room. Some players have already left and gone, how so fast?

Question 2. As I join some games lets say TD I sometimes hear a helicopter and I know there will be hackers in this game... Does anyone else ever hear this?

Question 3. In S&D mainly EE and Castle at the end of the rounds just before the next round starts the dead players on the ground stand straight upright...this happens its seems when there are hackers in game...Does anyone else ever see this?

Last Question. Wouldn't it be nice to see a players HS ribbon status instead of their honor status? this may be good for those who still have it and may help them not to get kicked unfairly...Just a thought ( lost mine to charge back. B00 )

Anyway if you know any of the answers to these I would really thank you for that but please answer only if you know and are not just guessing.

  • 1. Some people loading time is quicker that's why some get into the match faster than others and that should be the same for them leaving quicker due to faster loading time, this is all down to the computer/laptop hardware.

    2. I know for ship that happens since there is a helicopter on top of the spawns ( use replay mode and you will see them ) and I think that's why you hear them, for others maps than ship I do not hear this helicopter sound.

    3. That's just a model bug. The game is reloading the models to standing position for the next round which restarts their animation and puts them in " stick figure " with their arms out. It happens in a lot of games so it's nothing new.

    4. Nah. It won't mean a thing. Hackers sometimes have their HSR still and soon to lose theirs so it's just pointless. But if it was added it wouldn't hurt anyone but I can't see it making any changes.
  • 1, I think their PC is fast enough to get out as soon as possible

2, I think the helicopter sound is a glitch because you're supposed to hear it when you enter a wave mode match. It has been around ever since wave mode got implemented :)

3, Is just a "loading for next round bug" tends to happen to me when my internet is acting up
    (I think Q 2 & 3 don't have anything to do with hackers whatshoever )

    4. I think it's a cool idea personally ;)
  • Both...

Thank you for the quick replies

My laptop is so slow I enter a game and there are already 5 - 10 kills before I start.

The visual bug I understand but I dont tend to see it in a clean game...

The helicopter sound happens in Egypt and yes not in clean games but hey who knows...

Thanx to both posters for you help in explaining this to me...

On this acc ( my alt ) I proudly have my HS ribbon so yeah it would be nice to show it off in game.

And Older accounts with higher ranks would be nice to see with the HS Ribbbon if they had it

    1) Because their in-game resolution is the same as their lobby resolution, which is 1024*768. This allows a fast transition from in-game to out. But if you have a resolution of, say, 1920*1080, this transition after the game's end would be slow. Simply change your game's resolution to 1024*768 and you'll see yourself.

    2) That has nothing to do with hackers whatsoever.

    3) Again, not related to hackers whatsoever. At the end of any round in CF, there is very fast respawn thingey going on which places all dead bodies on their respective spawn with their dropped weapons.

    4) Well, you're gonna get kicked no matter what.

Point 1 res is a good point my res is different may change that...
Point 2 I didnt say it was just about hackers only I hear it on maps without helicopters and there are hackers in those games.
Point 3 this I understand visual bug
Point 4 you are so negative Players that are legit and smart do not tend to kick honest and legit players I look at who is being kicked and by whom before I press anything
  • Point 4 you are so negative Players that are legit and smart do not tend to kick honest and legit players I look at who is being kicked and by whom before I press anything

If getting kicked in every second game by legit and smart players for over 9 years that I've played this game is considered being negative, then yes, I'm very negative.

I rarely get kicked on either of my two accounts

Im polite and friendly I play fair and do not insult

Im not saying you are asking to be kicked but something you are doing is getting you kicked so....take a hint.

And you do come across as a little uptight.
  • 1-)because it depends mainly on the abilities of the pc you are using.
2-)i usually hear it when i start a game from its beginning and it has no relation with the hacks btw :D
3-)yes this sometimes happens and i think it is because of the lag, not sure though.
4-) not really sure about what you meant tbh.

You're right, and I hate judgmental people, soooo...

Anyway, to end this discussion, I've been kicked for turning a player into mutant, I've been kicked killing a mutant, I've been kicked being the ace in FFA/HMX, I've been kicked killing a friend of someone who's on my team, I've been kicked killing a clanmate of someone who's on my team, I've been kicked for not giving away my weapon once, I've been kicked for not giving away my weapon for every single damn time for whole game, I've been kicked for giving away my weapon to on person and not to other, I've been kicked for parkouring on HMX, I've been kicked for having 2 or more consecutive kills.

Multiply all the above stated kicks by 30 for every day for 9 years and you'll stop being judgmental about me. BTW I like to have intelligent discussions, so if you're not able to have one, don't quote me again. Thanks.

  • Im not saying you are asking to be kicked but something you are doing is getting you kicked so....take a hint.

That's not true at all. I am 100% certain that every veteran player on the forums has been kicked multiple times just for being good.
I get kicked once daily just for being good. If I'm playing ghost mode that day, I get kicked multiples times... Again, just for being top player.

The people in this game just kick anyone better than them, or anyone not speaking their language, or anyone who takes more than 5 seconds to clutch a round, or anyone who won't drop their weapon, or anyone who killed someones friend/clan mate, or anyone who joined in the middle of the round, or anyone who doesn't clutch a 1vs8... I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point. People in this game abuse the kickvote and kick for the silliest reasons, if there even is a reason.

We can do absolutely nothing wrong and still get kicked, so saying there must be a reason is wrong.
