A mid way solution for banned accounts.
hello ladyz and jets,
As we all have seen lately, alot of the owners of the Permanently banned accounts are begging on the forums to let their accounts back again and the GMs are completely refusing the idea as these accounts have agreed on the terms & conditions and they chose the way they got banned in. Before anyone start saying a big "NO" just think of this situation (i saw it personally happening):
you are in a hurry and you wanna do today's event task so you enter one of the computer stations and hire a PC for a couple of hours. For your luck , the user of the PC that was using it be for you was a hack user so you log in Cf (and you don't know that the hack is still open) and boom, your account was permanently blocked and you did nothing wrong. How would you feel?
So i have come up with an idea (hopefully it solves the current situation):
Pay a fine for your mistake. to let them have 3 chances :
1st time they get banned: they can get their accounts again by paying 100$
2nd time: 250$
3rd time : 500$
4th time: you can never get your account back again.
In the first time you lose your HSR and can never get it back again.
What is your opinion guys?

A Permanent Ban should be just that. Permanent. Getting a "Get out of jail" Card by paying money isn't really much in the spirit of things.
They always can start anew, while pretty harsh, I feel that is the fairest thing you can do when your account is permanently banned.
Of course, that also can be a lesson regarding account security. If you value the safety of your account, avoid playing on Public Computers which can be rigged into getting your account banned through numerous ways. -

If the owner of the acount does not know that his account has been hacked
There must be punishment of a different kind. I see it in my eyes -
