I have been banned for nothing?

Hello everyone
I was logging into my account like always
I have played for a while then i left the game for some hours
When i back i see messages says:
Server is full
Disconnect from server
Your account has been permanently blocked..
But i've never open hack iam a clean and legit player
I have send a support ticket but the answer that i'm a hacker????
If i'm a real hacker could you guy's show me the replay file that i hack in???
That's not even fair when hackers in every room and the legit players getta banned
I need any gm answer me immediately but not with the same c/p message

Please send a Support ticket for any account related issues. Although, please understand that accounts aren't banned without reason - and hacking isn't the only reason an account could be banned. But as I said, you will need to contact Support for this.

you can, and its happened before with users who used windows xp ^^. so please dont say you cant get banned for no reason.

support will be able to help you, i was banned once by xtrap for no reason and with the help of support and community we found the issue and got many people unbanned.

They’re obviously a “waste of time” when you deserve the ban, because no matter how many tickets you send, a justified ban is a justified ban.

Anyway, closing thread as OP does not seem to have any follow-up questions and everyone is aware that bans are handled only through Support.
