Able to reply to Support Tickets.

I feel like having your support ticket closed with you wanting more answers to the situation isn't helpful. Now I wouldn't mind if the ticket was closed as the final answer and that's it but when I have questions towards the answer given I feel the need to want to reply but I can't so I would need to set up another ticket to follow up the previous ticket.

Now that just seems extra to me. I would rather be able to keep on following on with the same ticket unless it gets out of hand rather than it being instantly closed right after it's first response which usually leaves the ticket hanging for another ticket needing to be sent.
