May I know why I can't have two items stacked together?
So I have two IGN Colour Items and one was from the Coupons and one was from the Black Friday store.
Now I would like them both to just be one but after requesting for that to happen I was told it can't be done due to " In-Game Cilent " now... what does that mean?
Wouldn't it be simple by taking away one of them and then increasing one of the values to what it would be if they were both added? But no, supposely nothing can be done. It just sounds very stupid that something so simple "can't be done" but more sounds like they can't be bothered.
If there is actually like some serious reason on why it can't happen then I would like to know and no I won't post another Support Ticket just for the same response and them same " We are so sorry " message.

I wish I knew too. I find it stupid that same items don't stack, I had 3 different Smoke Helmets on my storage, lol.Bruh dont throw such rocket science at them, z8 doesnt work that way.

The reason why they don't stack is because for some reason even though they are the same item, their codes are different for distinguishing them based on how they're obtained. So an item obtained from the weekend login boxes won't stack from its counterpart bought from the item shop, because some part of their codes is different even if their function is the same.

That's understandable but why can't they delete one of the stacks and just increase the other stack to what it should be if they were added as one? -

Because of laziness. Because they don't want having new to handle new topics in Support any more than they currently do, reason being less support personnel, reason being low budget for hiring, reason being less number of players, reason being hacks and bugs and bad support. It's a never-ending cycle. -
