Yeah im kinda wondering too. Over the years I've collected a total of 5 infraction points which all expired by now. So am I halfway to getting perm banned or nah?
I'm on 3 so I am just trying not to end up in Crossfire Court.

You have it the other way round. 20 points = month ban, [10 infraction] =Permanent ban. Points expire but infraction don't. One infraction can amount to 5 points but counts as one infraction. Example 4 infractions give total of 20 points if each handed 5 points that would mean 1 month ban and now you have 4 infraction, 6 more will lead to a permanent ban.
"Point Values have an expiration time. When the time expires the points are removed. Even though points are recalculated over time, the number of infractions will remain on the account and are never removed. When the number of infractions reaches 10 you will be permanently banned as we feel that after 10 infractions you have had plenty of chances to learn our posting rules." -

Oh so I have 2 infractions with 3 points.
8 more infractions and I am Perm Banned
While I get to 10 points I get one of those temp bans.

So that would mean things like "duplicate/dedundant" bla bla count towards a permanent ban and dont expire? Or am I wrong? -

Nah its usually one mod thats very active at a time when others kinda disapear. He just happened to be very active when I was posting lol. Before any mods decide to remove my post for this reason its NOT aimed at moe, Nothing against him, Im just trying to learn this weird ass system. -

It means those points have expired so you will not get point bans as they are reset. Example if you get infraction now for 5 points you will not get any ban as previous points have expired but that would mean you are now on your 6th infraction 4 away from permanent ban.
your previous points added to 5 points and if you got a new infraction worth 5 points normally it would mean 10 points in total and 7 day ban but as the previous 5 points expired you would only have 5 new points.

So the amount of times you slightly cross the line of whats accepted on this forum counts heavier than the severity of the offence? Thats really bad.

That's how forum rules work unfortunately and I think the privacy is for GMs and Mods who handed infractions. Same as ticket replies not allowed. It's an honest mistake.

Yeah we all know they only did that because people started posting all kinds of weird ticket responses on the forum showing supports incompetence. (You might remember Bloodclarts thread that got really big and where he basically proved support is broken). So they didnt really have a choice other than banning support screenshots/copy's. This infractions is more fair to stop some people who fighting , insulting ,else.. so watch your words before u talk. For example if someone like me or anyone on the forum seen any thread insulting religions , countries Ex[Egypt] or any another country I can report it to any GM or MOD then u will get infracted or u trying to against a country or someone or A clan in the game I can report it. This not for you only but for me for anyone here. So I hope every one respect each other.

Spamming with useless posts on every other thread is against forum rules too. If you remember a WorldWide guy called Exiledking64 or something, he made his post count up to 3,000 by just replying 'thank you' 'nice' 'hype' 'nice thread' or just repeating what others have already stated. They warned him a couple times and then permbanned him.
So you should also remember this and stop spamming useless posts in every other thread before a GM notices you and hands out a warning. -

off topic but: lmao I remember that guy. Accused me of hacking and figured out who I was on the forums and spammed my inbox "Caught you cheating" "enjoy your ban" etc. Was all quite hilarious. I think we've found the new ExiledKing64(OP). A lame troll for a new generation. This forum really attracts the bottom of the barrel trolls. -
