Is begging for guns reportable?

I know, right? In my case it's "all of them in all rooms." Most of the time I feel like I've bought these guns for others to play with. Although, sometimes I'd drop my gun if I'm getting something decent in exchange. But these idiots following me with Thompson, RPK, AWM, even M16, and dropping them on my feet like I've been dying all these years to get my hands on a M16 or Thompson.
But the most annoying thing these abominations have created is that dog-like submission crouch thingy, "Look at me I'm crouching 10 times in a second. I submit to you. Don't hurt me." What's more annoying is that they except me to crouch to them as well and show that I'm also submitting to them. Out of whole wide world only the most annoying and stupid ones had to become the majority in this game. >( -

The most obnoxious part for me is when they continue to make as much noise as possible to let the enemy exactly know where you are.

For me, it seems that cases in which a player follows you around the ENTIRE game are very rare.
Ussually they leave me alone after i drop my gun for 1 round, they lose interest very fast after realising that it's not a "guaranteed kill weapon" like some of them seem to believe.
If you happend to come across such a fellow who follows you around like that then i guess it's just bad luck. But then again, it's not that bad.
Their weapons aren't always m16s or m700s, many low rank accounts have atleast 1 black market weapon, i feel it's an exgateration to say all of their weapons suck.
And yes, i sometimes feel embarassed FOR them to do that crouch-submit thing. Like can't they ask some of their egy friends to translate "can i have gun" for them and just remember that. They're still young

i see your point all to clear. never go to Egypt or turkey for a vacation whilst with family. always go with some hardcore brother's. that way you will have so much fun knocking them out with a clean jab to the nose. they are a hoard of zombies when they see an English man with dolla. im abosultly p1ssed off with thye way they act like runt's.I have not really good guns. But the thing I hate is when someone aske me for a weapon or I do, always a third person steal the weapon, that's so annoying. Then other player or me doesn't want to change guns next round.. -
For the reading impaired forumers commenting here: I'm not suggesting that asking for guns be a bannable offense. But griefing people endlessly without even so much as asking in chat, should be. I'ma go ahead and assume all the -1s are the latter and are trying to justify their sad little habit.
mmm if it can be reportable then must be reportable for a reason.
From every report you expect a result, like you report a cheater and the result is to see him get ban.
You can report these players (annoying weapon beggars and stalkers for weapons) but what do you expect for the result ? again the only option to block his account (ban) there is nothing else to do....or if he collect many reported for this reason can lead to a day ban or something similar....idk xD
I didn't -1 it btw, i just can't find any solution to this report.
PS: I don't like them at all, i rage a lot when they block me and throw their weapons in front of me or when i'm sniping and see their face looking at me on my scope xD -
