slaughter tickets problem

si i bought some tickets from the black Friday event and started killing zombies but it popped only once at lvl 1 wave after that the whole game till wave 30 nothing also when I return to my storage they wont show up I have to relog to make them appear in my storage again also when I finished a zm game and start a new one 0 drops at all?? btw I bought 120

It is possible to use up 120 tickets in one wave, especially if it’s say ZM3 Fatal Canyon where there’s a ton of wave 1 AI’s.

If you mean you have to relog for the tickets you bought to show up, that’s pretty standard from items purchased from the website. When I purchased crates from the current Black Friday sale, I also needed to relog for the crates to show up.

If you truly think you lost your slaughter tickets instead of using them up, you’ll need to send a Support ticket.

It sounds more like they are in his inventory. then he plays a ZM game, he sees the message once and then never again during that ZM game. Then he goes to check his inventory and they are all gone....but when he relogs they are back minus the few that represent the one message he sees in that ZM match.

I remember seeing someone else say they had this problem during the last Bingo. not sure if they ever got it fixed or if it's simply still being looked into to be fixed or not. I'd send in a support ticket regardless on the issue.
