Razer zvault error?

Is anyone having a problem with top-up from razer? Seems like it lets me top up from paypal balance but only for 1000 zgold. If i press like 10.000 zgold it says unsucesfull. Give me your lights someone its for a afriend and he is in hurry. Thanks in advance

I have tried everything. Clearing cookies, trying a different zvault account, different paypal account, different pc, different browser. Nothing seems to work but 1000 zgold.

How many times did you top up zGold in the last couple of days? When I first started using zGold, I charged like $500 in 3 days and then shortly after they blocked my account from charging certain amounts because it was “suspicious”. I asked zVault to remove the senseless flag, but they said is out of their hands and that once the flag goes away on its own I’d be able to top up again like normal.

Tl;dr this is a zVault issue, not a Crossfire issue.

A friend had the same problem this morning, he also sent a ticket to razer but they were to no help.
i helped him out in the end with my zvault acc.

yea the first time you make multiple transactions on a zVault account they'll flag the account and the credit card/ payment cards/accounts you used. It takes anywhere from 3-7 days I think for them to review the accounts and verify you're not just a kid using your parents credit card information. unfortunately the only likely possibility is to wait it out. Though it wouldn't hurt to send Razer/zVault a ticket asking exactly what's going on after describing your issue to them.
