All my items are gone !!!! I cant buy any items !!!!

Hello ,

now its the 2nd week im not able to play any Wave Mode game. Im a Wave Mode Player in Wave Mode clan. 1 week ago i left the game after 2 hours i started again and i have seen that all my items and wave mode cards are gone.
I really dont know what i should do now. Everytime i buy a new item i get an error message that my current storage is full but its empty. I can not play any WAVE or SUPER SOLDIER GAME because there are no cards to play. Before i didnt choose a card i cant even play.
As i mentioned above im a Wave Player and ive invested alot of money and time to get my lvl and +10 cards and i had alot of them.
I wrote a ticket a week ago but untill today there was no response i thought maybe it will be normal after the new patch but its still the same

WHEN i try to buy an item i get this error message

I wanted to get 3 days AA12 by playing ZM 3 but i can not open it transfer fails

I also can not join Wave Mode and thats the only mode i play :((

I wish a GM looks into it here. I think they ignore my tickets. Thats so annoying. I paid alot of money for those items i want to use them. THIS ACCOUNT is currently worthless..
