Want any help i'm sure i didn't open any thnig for this ban

I want any help Please i will tell you every thing about my problem.
First : when i bought d.e oldrado vip i went to play in cyber when i was playin i got erorr [Do you want report] i choose ok after that i tried to log in again it said my account has been permanently blocked.
2-i sent 200 tickets or more to see my problem and they give me the same reply [using hack and programes ]
3-i have all thing about this pc and my own pc [ip Address]
4-i'm 5 stars and play cf from 2011 and i swear i didn't use any hack or cheat .
5-before 7 days i saw my ticket i sent is red but there is no reply when i send the same they give me the same reply.
6-give me examples for programes that give us ban but it doesn't hack or cheat.
7-i bought 20k zp to unblock my account but that didn't make any thing.
8-i tried more and more can any GM help me or no.
9-if you want me download any thing to be sure i'm not using any thing hack.
Don't close thread please before solve my problem.

If they said you got banned for hacking then you got banned for hacking - No amount of forum posts will change that.
You got your answer, you may not like it, but you won't get a different one.

Only support can handle account matters. If support gave you a final verdict, then that’s your answer. This isn’t something anyone on the forums can help you with.

Account sharing is a bannable offense.
Event farming, if serious, could be a bannable offense.
Changing game files is a bannable offense.
Trying to sell your account is a bannable offense.

Any number of reason(s) could have been why you got banned, but that is between you and Support only.
